We’ve just been out for a walk in the beautiful English weather condition known as a “drizzle”. It wasn’t raining when we left but both Sue and I were equipped for a change in the weather. Unfortunately Louis wasn’t so he was rewarded by a specialised drying session from Suzy. Here’s poor Louis:- Lucky Louis!

Louis’ energy levels are on the up at the moment; he wants to play all the time. I’ve just finished cooking the Sunday roast but have had to do this whilst attached to this; a dog on a rope:- Louis would play the tug game all day if sleeping didn’t get in the way.

Louis is not happy with his imposed diet; as far as he is concerned our contract is that he keeps lions out of the back garden and, in return, he is fed his normal amount of food and a performance related bonus related to how many lions (don’t) actually make it into the back garden. … Read more
